Lighting!

Lighting!

I took a break from network to make some adjustments to the lighting. Previously, I assumed that what I was getting was the darkest possible using Unity2D as there were no lights in the scene that I could adjust. But alas, I am new to Unity and (of course) it is possible to decrease the ambient light intensity. Now it is no longer possible to see what’s going on behind you – which, in my opinion, greatly adds to the atmosphere! Now you really have to search a room for treasure. It is also possible to turn off the flashlight and hide… or sneak up on an unsuspecting, err.. friend of yours.

Also, a friend of mine had an idea for a new player sprite type that I liked a lot. To be honest, I got somewhat attached to the spheres and their innocent, friendly faces… stay tuned!
